The Elections Petitions Tribunal sitting in Oyo state has upheld the election of Ajimobi as governor of the state.
The appeal was filed by Accord Party governorship candidate, Senator Rashidi Ladoja. Judgement on the petition was delivered by Justice Aliyu Mohammed Mayaki on Tuesday amidst tight security.
The Justice submitted that all witnesses in the petition presented contradictory evidences.
