BAYERO SACKED AS DISTRACT HEAD OF GWALE AND CIROMAN KANO

The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II has removed the eldest son of the former Emir, Ado Bayero, Lamido Bayero as district head of Gwale and Ciroman Kano.
On assumption of office, Sanusi had written to Bayero to return to his position but the latter neither did nor issued a formal response on his position. 
It would be recalled that Lamido Bayero was appointed managing director of the Nigerian Ports Authority by the Goodluck Administration but sacked by the Buhari led government.
His removal as district head is with immediate effect and he has since been replaced by his younger brother Nasiru Bayero.
