Mrs. Winifred Ekanem Oyo-Ita has been appointed acting Head of Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF) pending the appointment of a substantive head.
Mrs. Winifred hails from Cross-Rivers state and was until her appointment, the permanent secretary in the ministry of science and technology.
Congrats to her. Buhari seems to be living up to his promise to give women more roles in his government.
