At an event marking the end of a three day study period by the Department of Army Public Relations tagged Contemporary Warfare, War Reporting and Dilemma of Military Leadership in Maiduguri, Borno state, the Chief of Army Staff Tukur Buratai released bold photographs of wanted BH fighters.
