Wizkid has reaffirmed his position that he's not moved by awards. It is on record that in 2015 alone, the Nigerian young talent has shunned at least three invites from awards organizers including BET Awards, MOBO Awards and AFRIMA Awards.
In an interview with New York based magazine , The Fader, he said “My real fans know I am not really about that kind of thing.”
Wizkid maintained that award ceremonies are a contraption of a few persons who come together in an effort to size up one's talent.
Hmmm...well many others live for that.
