FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO PROSECUTE T.B JOSHUA ET AL

444 days after the collapse of a poorly constructed six-storey structure on the premises of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), the government of Nigeria plans on prosecuting the trustees of the church including its head pastor, T.B  Joshua and the Engineers Akinbela Fatiregun and Oladele Ogundeji.

The buildings collapsed in September 2014 killing 116 people mostly South Africans who had travelled to Nigeria to seek spiritual help.

The trustees and engineers would be arraigned in a Federal High Court in Lagos on Monday, November 30.

Delayed justice?
