The Nigerian Golden Eaglets will square up against their Mexican counterparts in tonights semi-finals match in the ongoing FIFA U-17 World Cup. This would be the third time the two teams are meeting at this level.
In the first meeting, Mexico defeated Nigeria by 1-0; that was in Canada '87 while the four-time world champions triumphed over the Mexicans at the last World Cup in the United Arab Emirates, 6-1 in the group stage and 3-0 in the final.
The winner of tonight's encounter will meet the winner in the game between Mali and Belgium.
