James Faleke, running mate to Late Abubakar Audu in the first lap of the governorship elections in Kogi state has submitted his petition at the state's elections petitions tribunal in Lokoja, the state's capital. He was accompanied by Mohammed Audu, son of the late Abubakar whom he picked as a 'running-mate' following the death of the latter's father.
Faleke insists he's challenging INEC'S decision declaring the elections inconclusive when by all standards the elections had been concluded and a loser as well as a winner clearly known.
He did not include his party, the All Progressives Congress in his pettition
