SCORES HAVE BEEN WOUNDED IN A CLASH BETWEEN TWO TOWNS IN EKITI

Two towns in Ekiti state, Ilupeju Ekiti and Oye both in  Oye Local Government Area have clashed over border disputes. Sources indicate that the crisis which had been looming snowballed on Saturday into a serious clash. Youths of the two communities were said to have engaged themselves in a battle with dangerous weapons leading to the hospitalization of many a persons.
Saturday's clash resulted from the fact of commercial motor circle riders been made to pay some dues and the right to ply some routes.
