Kidnappers of the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Local Government have contacted her family demanding a ransom of N40 million.
Ms. Serefina Otazi was kidnapped on her way to a funeral at Ewoi in Ogbia Local Government of the state. Her family has expressed relief at hearing her voice while they pleaded with her kidnappers to grant her unconditional release.
