The Five Star music group signee made the revelation yesterday during his performance at the Headies awards.
Harry Song turned preacher in a very emotion packed performance which was at best a motivational 'talk-song'. He went on and on about how human efforts may not be all that is required to scale daunting heights, confront enemies and ultimately make a headway in ones chosen field.
The I'm In Love crooner talked about the threats to his life from his step mother following the loss of his own mother; how that she cursed his aspirations in music and the threat to make him not live to see another day. Just three days ago, he continued, I received a text from my step mother begging me to pardon her for all the wrongs she's done to me. She said she has seen that indeed God has blessed me.
He spoke-sang about how the grace of God had kept him through all these storms and has brought him to a place of fame and wealth.
Just seconds before he rendered his hit song 'Raggae Blues' Harry announced that he had been made a Gala Ambassador. In his words "Gala don pay ooo" (meaning Gala has paid). This drew more cheers from the already emotional audience.
"...share the Gala share the booze"
Congrats Harry.
